if i had a dog, i'd put a bow around his neck and take him out
on the town. i would wear a pretty dress and his bow would be
yellow. i'd have a big bouquet of bright balloons and we'd skip
down main street, giggling as we went along and exchanging
smiles with passersby.

that would be the best day!
